MMT-12DC-R/F DC Motor Remote Controller
1. Summery
This product is applicable to the intelligent control of the MMT Series DC motor speed regulator and the motor speed show. The product adopt microprocessor control, has a remote ntrol with functions as following: start the motor, stop the motor and speed change function, the LED displays the high-low motor speed. Launch wireless remote control receiver circuit (315MHZ) is CMOS manufacturing technology of low-power low-cost generic codec circuit of Taiwan's Cape Town production.

3. Connection Introduction
Remote control power cord should be shielded lines, and make sure it stays away from power lines and load lines to avoid interference.
Back-up 12V-27A battery power supply maybe useful but dont use in general condition.
Had better make sure the remote-control antenna towards dc motor drive when operate and keep away from barrier.
4. Operation front-panel instruction
(1) LED
RUN/ STOP ---- motor running or stop indication
LOW ---- motor runs in low speed indication
MODERATO ---- motor runs in middle speed indication
HIGH ---- motor runs in hign speed indication
FIRE ---- indication of sending signal to drive
(2) Key
The RESET---- reset key
The UP---- increase speed key
The DOWN---- decelerate key
The RUN---- running key
The STOP---- stop key
5. Operation direction for use
(1)Motor start
a. Press the RUN, LED of FIRE designation is bright means demising signal. LED of RUN/STOP designation is bright, means motor is under waiting to be excluded.
b. Motor Stop
Press the STOP, LED of FIRE designation is bright means demising signal. LED of RUN/STOP designation is not bright, means motor is under stop state.
(2) Speed setting
UP and DOWN will not work when the remote be in stop state (RUN/STOP is not light)
We can press RESET key at any case. While in reset mode if press RUN key the motor will be in running state and press STOP key motor will be in stop state.
Long press UP key or click it under waiting running condition (RUN/STOP LED light), FIRE
LED will light, and then motor will increase speed.
Long press DOWN key or click, FIRE LED will light, and then motor will slowdown.
LED of LOW MODERATO and HIGH light, the LED indicate motor runs in low speed
moderato and high speed.
While press STOP key, RUN/STOP LED will out, to withdraw from running.
Note:
Generally press DOWN first and then STOP instead of press STOP directly at high speed.
Generally dons press DOWN after motor stop runningco
