SUMMARY of the dc motor controller

The circuit is designed for battery-powered low-voltage high-power direct current motors, use of micro-processing chips and PWM impulse width special chip integration, signal processing, sampling to protect and promote the circuit more complete and reliable, while improving energy efficiency Conversion ratio.

CONNECTIONS:

STEP 1: Connect speed potentiometer along with optional Brake and Direction switches

as shown in above diagram. Connect 10k/2w potentiometer

STEP 2: Connect motor armature across A1 and A2.

STEP 3: Connect battery to ( BAT + ) and ( BAT - ), taking note of the polarity. KEYA Drives recommends adding a fuse and master power switch external to the drive.

STEP 4: Connect Enable switch or jumper.

POTENTIOMETER ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONcan be used as constant current function

1. MIN SP is the lowest rotation speed setting adjustments

2.Adjust potentiometer REV MAX SPFWD MAX SPto set motor biggest speed of motor

3. Adjust potentiometer DECEL to set soft stop.

4. Adjust potentiometer ACCEL to set soft start.

5. Adjust potentiometer IR COMP to set torque.
