Potentiometer Adjustment Instructions:

1. Torque Compensation Adjustment: IR COMP

    IR COMP potentiometer is used to keep the motor speed constant when working   with different loads.

2. Current Setting/Limiting Adjustment: TORQUE

This potentiometer adjustment is intended for setting/limiting the max output current of the driver board according to the rated current of the motor. Through adjustment of this potentiometer, the max output current of the driver board can be increased from 120%~200% of the rated motor current.

3. Soft Starting Time Adjustment: ACCEL

Through adjustment of this potentiometer ACCEL, the upward slope from the starting speed to the preset speed can be defined (i.e. the time required to reach the preset speed, optionally between 010s).

4. Soft Stopping Time Adjustmentinner fixed: DECEL

Through adjustment of this potentiometer DECEL, the downward slope from max speed to the minimum speed can be defined.

5. Maximum speed limit: MAX SPD

Adjust the speed potentiometer to the maximum, and then adjust MAX SPD potentiometer to determine the maximum speed of motor.

6. Adjust the speed potentiometer to the minimum, and then adjust MIN SPD potentiometer to determine the minimum speed of motor
